Effective July 2026 · The short version: your photos make your portraits, then they’re gone.
What we collect
Your email address, the pet photos you send us by email, and payment confirmation (processed by our merchant of record — we never see card numbers). We deliver digital files only, so we do not collect a shipping address.
How your photos are used
Uploaded photos are used solely to create a private AI model of your pet and generate your commissioned portraits. Photos and the trained model are permanently deleted within 7 days of delivery. We never use your photos to train any other model, and we never sell or share them.
Third-party processors
Photos reach us as email attachments handled by Zoho Mail, our email provider. This website is hosted by Vercel (US), which also provides our cookieless, privacy-friendly visitor analytics — aggregate page views only, no personal profiles. Portrait generation runs on GPU infrastructure provided by fal.ai (US). Finished files are shared with you via Google Drive. Payments are handled by our merchant of record. All act as data processors under our instructions.
Please do not upload
Photos containing identifiable people (faces), and never photos of children. Our service is for pet photos only; images containing human faces are cropped out or deleted when we screen your submission.
Your rights
You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time by emailing us. EU/UK residents have rights under GDPR including access, rectification, erasure, and withdrawal of consent.
Metadata & cookies
When we prepare your photos for painting, we re-encode them so EXIF metadata — including GPS coordinates, camera model and timestamps — is removed before the images are used or stored further. Our own site sets no tracking cookies; visitor analytics are cookieless and aggregate only.
AI-generated content
All delivered portraits are AI-generated and carry content-provenance marking in accordance with applicable law, including the EU AI Act.
