❧Will it actually look like my pet?
Yes — that's the whole point. Unlike apps that paste a generic breed onto a template, we train a private model exclusively on your pet's photos. Unique markings, eye color, that one folded ear — they survive. And you preview everything before paying.
❧What photos do you need?
10–15 everyday phone photos: different angles, decent light, the face clearly visible. Eight is the minimum we'll work from, and older or scanned photos are fine. For memorial commissions where only a handful survive, send what you have anyway — we'll paint a test portrait first and let you judge before you decide anything.
❧Can I choose their mood, not just the style?
Yes — and almost nobody else offers this. Beyond the art style, you pick the expression: regal and dignified, playful and happy, curious head-tilt, brave and heroic, sweetly adorable, or endearingly grumpy. Same pet, same likeness — a completely different portrait.
❧What happens to my photos?
They're used once to create your pet's model, then both photos and model are permanently deleted within 7 days of delivery. We never use your photos to train anything else. Please don't upload photos with people's faces or of children.
❧I have two pets — can you do both?
Yes, as a matched pair. We train a separate private model for each pet and paint them in the same style, lighting and setting, so they hang together as a diptych. We're honest about why: cramming two pets onto one canvas makes AI blur their identities, and likeness is the whole point. Two true portraits beat one muddled one.
❧Is this AI-generated?
Yes, and we're proud of the craft behind it. Each portrait is AI-painted from a model trained on your pet, then human-reviewed before delivery. Digital files include a discreet AI-content marker as required by law.
❧How fast is delivery?
Within 24 hours of your approval. Files arrive at print resolution, sized for framing up to 12×16″, so you can print them wherever you like.
