AI Pet Portraits that actually look like your pet
Yes, this is AI — we say so plainly, because the interesting question isn't whether a machine was involved. It's whether the animal in the painting is unmistakably yours. Most of the time, it isn't.
There are two very different things being sold as 'AI pet portraits'. The common one runs your photo through a filter or drops it into a template: fast, cheap, and it produces a generic dog wearing your dog's colours. What we do is train a private model on 8–15 photos of your pet specifically, so it learns their markings, their proportions and the shape of their face — then paints from that. It costs us more and takes a day rather than a minute, which is exactly why the result survives a second glance from the person who knows that animal best.
How is this different from a free AI photo filter?
A filter never learns your pet — it pushes one photo through a fixed effect and invents whatever it doesn't know. We train a model on your pet alone, which is why markings, eye colour and face shape survive into the painting.
Is my pet's data used to train anything else?
No. The model is private to your commission, and both your photos and the model are permanently deleted within 7 days of delivery. We never sell or share them, and we never fold them into a general model.
What if it doesn't look like my pet?
Then you don't pay. You approve watermarked previews before any money changes hands, and there's a full refund within 14 days if the finished files disappoint you.
